"Antiques" in tea, Fuzhuan tea and Liangqian tea.

China Anhua black tea has a long history of thousands of years. The traditional product of Anhua black tea is "three tips, three bricks and one flower roll". These three kinds of bricks are fu brick, Hua brick and blue brick; Sanjian is the top grade loose tea in Anhua black tea, which is Tian Jian, Gong Jian and fried.

The main difference between the three kinds of tips lies in the age and tenderness of the raw materials. Tianjian tea has high requirements for raw materials, and usually uses first-class black tea, which has unique technology and excellent quality.

A roll of 1000 two teas are also called flower roll tea. Thousands of tea leaves have the reputation of "the king of tea in the world". The predecessor of Qianliang tea is Bailiang tea, and then Qianliang tea and Twelve Liang tea are derived, which are collectively called Huajuan tea.

Fuzhuan tea and Liangqian tea are both traditional products of Anhua black tea, each with its own characteristics. Be sure to say which kind of tea is better. Traditional thousand and two hundred teas are generally made of better raw materials than Fuzhuan tea. Fuzhuan tea contains golden flowers, which is more suitable for drinking tea every day and has a good health care function. Qianliang tea is more suitable for collection because of its rough and simple unique shape. With the precipitation of years, it has infinite charm and higher value. Huxiang Haoming Liangqian Tea Cake, which is being sold by crowdfunding in Suning, is a tea cake sawn from Liang Qian tea, which is convenient for daily drinking and suitable for collection and display.

Fuzhuan tea is also called "Fuzhuan tea" because it is made in dog days. Traditional Fuzhuan tea generally takes two or three grades of black hair tea as raw materials, which are steamed, softened, pressed, cooled, packaged, and then put into a professional flower cultivation workshop for 40 days before being considered as finished tea. But if there is no "golden flower" in Fuzhuan tea, it is not considered Fuzhuan tea.

Qianer tea is generally made of secondary black tea, and the packaging materials are bamboo baskets, zongzi slices and Polygonum hydropiper leaves from outside to inside. Phyllostachys pubescens must be fresh, bamboo baskets must have good toughness, ready-made at the tea-making site, and can not crack continuously under the condition of repeated rolling and tight twisting; Zongzi leaves have good moisture-proof and antiseptic properties; Polygonum leaf bag can keep the fragrance of tea. Bundle the intact tea rolls, put them in a wind shed and expose them to the sun for 49 days to achieve natural drying. This is the complete process of 1000 two teas. Its shape is plaid, simple and elegant, showing its original local characteristics and great collection value.
