Does Neo-Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties count as traditional Confucianism?

Neo-Confucianism, also known as neo-Confucianism, can be the revival of Confucianism in modern times. Zhu reinterpreted Confucian classics in order to maintain the rule of the rulers. Confucianism has been injected with new blood and formed a more complete theoretical system. Neo-Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties, in a sense, can be regarded as the revival of Confucianism.
