How to make baked gluten secret sauce?
The materials that need to be prepared in advance are: appropriate amount of gluten, 5g of salt, soy sauce 10ml, oyster sauce 10g, 8g of sesame oil, 50ml of warm water, appropriate amount of pepper noodles and appropriate amount of cumin.
1. Step one, clean the gluten and set it aside.
2. Prepare 5g of salt, light soy sauce 10ml, oil consumption 10g, 8g of sesame oil and 50ml of warm water, and mix well, as shown in the following figure.
3. Brush the prepared sauce on the gluten.
4. Sprinkle pepper noodles and cumin powder on the gluten, as shown below.
5. Put it in the oven, heat it up and down at 100 degrees, bake for 2 minutes, then take it out and sprinkle some cumin powder, and continue baking for 1 minute.
