How to make hot pot, home cooking of hot pot
Ingredients
300g long glutinous rice, 1 red onion, 1 dried shrimp, 1 tbsp dried mushrooms, 2-3 preserved sausages, 200g taro, 2 dried scallops, 1 celery stalk, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
How to do it

Long glutinous rice, soaked in cold water for 2 hours or more. Wash and soak in cold water for at least 2 hours

Drain the glutinous rice soaked in step 1, then place it in a steamer lined with a steaming cloth and steam for 1 hour under water. When cooked, toss with a rice spoon and let cool.

Chinese red onion, diced dried shrimp and shiitake mushrooms, diced Chinese sausage, diced peeled taro, dried scallops, softened in cold water, steamed for 20-25 minutes until tender, then shredded; finely chopped celery stalks.

Pop a wok with vegetable oil in a moderate amount of heat. Add the dried shrimp and mushrooms and stir fry
