What is a cello?

Cello is a expressive western musical instrument. Due to the unbalanced development of instruments in China National Orchestra, cello has become an important member of China National Orchestra.

With the spread and development of China's traditional music culture, China's national orchestral music has gradually moved from simple arrangement to symphonization. As a treasure of traditional culture in China, national musical instruments have a wide variety and rich timbre. From the perspective of timbre types, the proportion of alto and tenor instruments in national instruments is relatively large, and bass instruments are scarce. However, as a mature national orchestra, the sound support of the bass part is indispensable, especially in large-scale national music works, the absence of the bass part will lead to the eclipse of the music works.
