Achievements include participating in the project of Soil and Fertilizer Research Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences and winning the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the third prize of introduction and demonstration of high-efficiency edible mushroom Agaricus bisporus in the harvest plan of the Ministry of Agriculture, undertaking the provincial science fund project "Study on potassium effect in potassium-rich plateau areas" and "Study on high-efficiency slow-release special fertilizer for crops", and introducing powerful foliar fertilizer "Shifengle" for indoor and field multi-point experiments and demonstrations. Undertake the preliminary investigation and field investigation of agricultural development projects in Xiangride-Balong area, provide more than 4,000 samples of soil and water quality analysis results, and complete the feasibility study report of planting industry. The "Sino-Canadian Potash Cooperation Project" has been working for 14 years, and the research content has been expanded and the funds have been increased.

The transformation of scientific research achievements and scientific and technological development mainly focus on the research and production of high-efficiency compound fertilizer for crops, cooperate with fertilizer enterprises, design fertilization schemes through soil testing and analysis, and organize enterprises to produce products to serve users. The special fertilizer has strong pertinence, remarkable yield increase and good grass-roots response. The introduction, demonstration and popularization of foliar fertilizers such as Fengle, Gaole, root micro-fertilizer and potassium-rich fertilizer have obvious popularization effects and can be used in large quantities. Qinghai Forestry Science Research Institute was established in 1957, which is a professional forestry research institute with plateau characteristics. Qinghai Forestry Research Institute actively carried out internal institutional reform, adjusted professional discipline structure, adapted to the needs of western development strategy and ecological environment construction, formed an integrated operation mechanism of scientific research, production and management, and became an indispensable scientific and technological force for scientific research, production and construction of plateau forestry.

Based on the needs of ecological management and economic construction in Qinghai Plateau, Qinghai Forestry Science Research Institute has made a series of research results with forest breeding, forest cultivation, ecological environment protection, forest management, desertification control, forest resources development and utilization, and urban greening as its main research directions, making outstanding contributions to ecological construction and economic development in Qinghai. Since 1980s, * * * has made 56 research achievements, including 33 scientific and technological awards, published more than 400 papers, and published more than 0 monographs/kloc-0, such as Woody Flora of Qinghai Province, Management of Secondary Forests in Qinghai, and Illustration of Moths in Xining.

The Institute consists of five research laboratories and forestry companies, namely, forest breeding, forest cultivation, forest resources protection and utilization, desertification control and urban forestry. There are 23 employees, including 20 scientific and technical personnel, including 3 senior titles, 5 deputy senior titles, 3 intermediate titles 10 and 3 junior titles. Most technicians have bachelor degree or above.

Brief introduction of laboratories in Qinghai Institute of Forestry Science

I. Forest Tree Breeding Laboratory

The main research directions are forest tree breeding, introduction and tree species domestication. Classify and select afforestation tree species in the Three Rivers source area, Qaidam area, eastern arid area and urban greening, further strengthen the introduction, domestication and large-scale breeding of stress-resistant shrubs and ornamental trees, actively seek ecological, ornamental and economic multi-purpose tree species, open up the direction of forest utilization, and provide material basis for forestry ecology and forestry economic construction in the plateau.

Second, the forest cultivation laboratory

The main research directions are forest cultivation, forest ecological network system construction and ecological engineering technology in alpine areas. Focusing on forest cultivation in alpine regions, we will carry out technical research on the construction of plateau forest ecological network system, natural forest protection project, returning farmland to forests project and vegetation restoration in ecologically fragile areas. The law and mechanism of plateau forest ecological environment succession, the influence of plateau forest ecological environment change on ecosystem function and biodiversity were studied and analyzed, and the main measures to cultivate plateau forest resources and promote the development of forest ecological function were put forward, which provided technical and theoretical basis for plateau forest resources cultivation and forest ecological function development.

Three, forest resources protection and utilization research room

The main research directions are forest protection, forest management and the development of plateau characteristic plant resources. Taking economic forests, edible fungi, Chinese and Tibetan medicines and wild plant resources as the main research objects, relevant applied basic research and protective development technology research were carried out. At the same time, with the overall goal of protecting forest resources, maintaining the balance of forest ecosystem, controlling the main forest diseases and insect pests in this area, resisting the invasion of alien pests and consolidating afforestation achievements, relevant applied research and applied basic research are carried out.

Iv. desertification control laboratory

The main research directions are land desertification control, shelter forest system construction, sand area resource protection and development. Focus on the study of land desertification mechanism and development trend, desertification control, protection and reconstruction of alpine wetlands, protection of plant diversity in alpine desert areas, and development of new industrial technologies in desert areas.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) Urban Forestry Research Office

The main research directions are plateau urban forestry system, development and utilization of landscaping tree species resources, new landscaping technology and greening project consultation, design and construction. Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Wild Plant Resources Research Institute was established in September, 20001,which is a professional research institute engaged in the research, development and utilization of wild plant resources in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. There are 7 people with senior titles, 4 people with intermediate titles and 2 other people, including 5 masters. The major involves botany, microbiology, forestry, horticulture and so on. There are two laboratories in this study, namely, the plant resources utilization laboratory and the edible fungi laboratory, and two laboratories, namely, the natural products laboratory and the microbiology laboratory.

During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the Institute undertook a number of scientific research projects issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Science and Technology Department of Qinghai Province and the Development and Reform Commission of Qinghai Province. At present, research work has been carried out in the fields of screening and utilization of plant germplasm resources in desert resources, research and development and utilization of chemical components of wild plants, introduction and domestication of wild shrubs, introduction and cultivation of garden trees in plateau towns, domestication of wild edible fungi with plateau characteristics, introduction and cultivation of rare edible fungi, and large-scale production of edible fungi, and achieved initial results.
