Six, non-commissioned officer is not a soldier's rank! It is the rank of soldiers!

China's implementation of the military service system is a combination of conscript and volunteer military service system. Ordinary soldiers in the army after two years of military service, according to the needs of the regiment (brigade) level units approved by the chief officer can be transferred to the junior non-commissioned officer. There is a good saying in our army: "The non-commissioned officer is not an officer, the non-commissioned officer is like an officer." This fully explains the nature of the non-commissioned officer.

Non-commissioned officers: senior non-commissioned officers (six non-commissioned officers (a flower of three coarse abductions), five non-commissioned officers (a flower of two coarse abductions of a fine abduction)); intermediate non-commissioned officers (four non-commissioned officers (a flower of two coarse abductions), three non-commissioned officers (a flower of a coarse abduction of a fine abduction)); junior non-commissioned officers (two non-commissioned officers (a flower of two coarse abductions), a non-commissioned officer (a flower of a fine abduction)).

One or two sergeants three years; three or four sergeants four years; five sergeants is five years, enjoying the treatment of the battalion; six sergeants is nine years, enjoying the treatment of the regiment.

There are two kinds of non-commissioned officers, one is professional non-commissioned officers and the other is non-professional non-commissioned officers. Junior non-commissioned officers are mostly non-professional non-commissioned officers, such as the lead soldier. It also includes some professional sergeants, such as driving, etc., as well as the chief of staff are sergeants. But in the army sergeants can be promoted to the sixth level sergeant, are professional sergeants, they are equivalent to the treatment of the regiment. Technical is very strong. Four or more sergeants are generally some of the more technical specialties and units only. Most of them are engaged in maintenance, specialized military weapons maintenance work. For example, missile maintenance, artillery maintenance, radar maintenance and so on. Generally speaking can do to the senior non-commissioned officer has been very difficult, a large military region of the senior non-commissioned officer is even too little, and the sixth grade non-commissioned officer of a large military region there are not a few.
