What kind of sport is kongzi?

Kongs are one of China's traditional folk sports activities, mostly held in festivals. The bar is made of wood, shaped like a single bar, high and low thickness without regulations, can be erected on the ground, but also in the car set up a wooden frame, cross-bound wooden bar instead.
