How to make Coconut Ice Sugar Water
Ingredients
Fresh Coconut Meat Half
Icing Sugar 300g
Water 375g (I use a rice bowl amount of water, about one and a half bowls)
Method to Sugar Coconut
Slice the coconut, either thin or thick. Thicker is chewy, thinner will be crunchy.
In a frying pan, add water and boil the rock sugar to dissolve.
Add the sliced coconut into the pan and sauté with the sugar water.
Sauté on medium heat until the water starts to bubble and thicken. At this point the coconut oil is also fried, super fragrant.
Finally see the sugar precipitation out of the edge of the pan, turn off the heat and keep copying (very important, too much fire will be paste) until the coconut flakes become dry, when the flavor of the sugar also came out. Out of the pot!
