How to make dosa

Dosa is sold in the market. However, in order for you to eat your own made dal, we are giving you the recipe for dal.

Materials:10 kilograms of fresh red chilies, 2 kilograms of dal, salt, garlic, star anise, geranium and cinnamon.

Practice:

1. Wash the red chili peppers, dry the surface, and break them in a food processor to the size of a fingernail.

2. Add 4 kilograms of garlic and 3 kilograms of salt to the crushed red chili peppers, and add the right amount of star anise, allspice and cinnamon. Go to taste. Mix well and take it to the sun for a few days to let it dry well and remove the excess water.

3. Mix the moldy dal with the right amount of salt and cool boiled water, and leave it to soak for two days.

4. Dry the chili peppers in the sun, mix them with the soaked dal and place them in a container. Add the raw canola oil and mix well, then submerge the chiles in the canola oil.

5. Leave the sauce in the hot sun for a few days until you can smell the oil and spice. Store the dried bean paste in a clean altar, seal the opening with water, and remove it each time.

Making bean paste is easy, but the most important thing is to let it soak so that it can be made the way it was meant to be. Bean paste can be used to make bean fish, bean paste tofu and so on.
