What's the best Chinese science fiction novel you've read?

The best Chinese science fiction novel of all time is Lao She's "Cat City"

Lao She's "Cat City" (猫城記), written in 1932, is a first-person account of the author's expedition to Mars, where he crashed into the "cat country". The cat country has a history of 20,000 years, but has recently taken the "lost leaf" leading to the extreme degradation of civilization, and was eventually destroyed by its neighbors. (Doesn't this look familiar?) Lao She's 1932 novel, A Tale of Cat Town, is a utopian novel with a unique style. The protagonist comes to Mars because he is disgusted with domestic politics, but in the city of Mars, which is dominated by cats, he still sees decadence, conservatism, conflict and lack of progress. At the end of the novel, the protagonist can't stand it anymore and flees again, returning to what he once thought was a corruption-ridden Earth.

2. Ni Kuang's "Wesleyan Series"

Wesley is the protagonist of the science fiction novel "Wesleyan Series" written by the famous Hong Kong writer Ni Kuang, and the novels are narrated by him in the first person. According to Ni Kuang himself, he got the inspiration for the protagonist's name when he was riding on a car passing through Tai Hang Road in Wan Chai district of Hong Kong and saw the door sign of Wesley Village. In The Original Series, Wesley is referred to as "Mr. That". Starting from The Legend of Wesley starring Sam Hui in 1985, Ni Kuang's Wesleyan novels have been adapted into nearly countless movies and TV shows in the past 20 years, many of which are directly titled "Wesley". For your reference.
