Shoelace introduction
Shoestring is English for shoelaces. As the name implies, it is a belt. But this is not an ordinary belt, it is used to bind the inner and outer uppers of shoes, decorate the uppers, adjust the tightness of shoes and ensure the safety of ankles. Widely used in all kinds of sports shoes, casual shoes and formal shoes. According to historical records, as early as 5000 years ago, human beings have used shoelaces for decoration and adjustment. Archaeologists found a pair of leather shoes estimated to be 5500 years old in a cave in the mountainous area of Armenia, a central Asian country. This is the oldest leather shoes found so far. Those well-preserved leather shoes have shoelaces on the toe and heel.
