How to breed native bees

1. Prepare beehives

When breeding native bees, you should prepare strong and clean beehives, and disinfect and dry them, to avoid more bacteria in the beehives, which will make the bees spread outward and prepare a feeder in each beehive. The hives should have a feeder in each hive to make it easier for the bees to eat.

2. Feeding

Soil bees usually collect honey in the field, if there is a shortage of nectar, they need to be artificially fed, you can dilute the honey with water and then pour it into the feeder, or feed it soybean meal, so that the soil bees can absorb sufficient nutrition.

3. Remove mites

Soil bees produce a lot of waste in the process of growth, you need to clean the hive every other month, and to use mite remover to spray it, usually sprayed 2-3 times in a row, you can eliminate the eggs in the soil bee hive.

4. Precautions

Soil bees don't like to live in cold environments, and when the temperature is too low in winter, the beehives should be moved to warm environments, and if the soil bees are growing in low temperature for a long time, they will be atrophied.
