First of all, you need to buy moon cake powder, scooped water, peanut oil, bean paste, syrup, salted egg yolk and eggs. Of course, if you like to eat other flavors, you can change the stuffing into your favorite bean paste or five kernels. Prepare an electronic scale (the kind that can return to zero).
First, put 5g scooped water into a cooking basin and mix it evenly with 180g syrup. Pour in 260g of professional moon cake powder (medium gluten flour 10g milk powder), put on gloves, grab the dough into a ball, then cover it with plastic wrap and relax for two hours at room temperature. At that time, we can get the salted egg yolk ready.
Peel off the salted egg yolk, just wash it with white wine, and then put it on the baking tray. Put oiled paper on the baking tray and keep the tray clean. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about eight minutes. Take it out after baking. You can observe whether the salted egg yolk is oily when baking. If it is oily, take it out and let it cool.

Put it upside down on our baking tray, press it hard a few times, gently lift the mold, and the embryo will be ready.
When it's done, put it on our plate, spray some water a little and let it ferment. At this time, by the way, preheat our oven to 180 degrees. Bake it in the oven for five minutes and then take it out. Brush lightly with a layer of egg yolk liquid. Then put it in the oven and bake it at the same temperature for about 15 minutes.
After the baked moon cakes are taken out, they should be left for a while before they are delicious. You can also change the stuffing according to your own taste.
