Homemade steak method
material
Beef 1, half an onion, 2 garlic, butter 1, and a little black pepper.
working methods
1. Cut the beef into pieces half the size of a palm (there are just four people in my family 1 piece) and pat it loose with a glass bottle or a meat hammer. I use a rolling pin, but I may not be strong enough to beat it loosely.
2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the meat, evenly spread it on both sides and marinate for an hour or two.
Step 3 chop garlic and onions
4. Put the butter in a hot pot, set the steak after the oil melts, and slowly fry it to the degree you want (my steak is medium-rare).
5. Dish the steak and fry the garlic and onion with the remaining oil in the pan.
6. Stir-fry onions until soft, add a bowl of water to boil, add a few drops of wine, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry until thick.
7. Boiled black pepper juice can be poured on the steak.
2. Fried steak
material
Butter, soy sauce, black pepper, onion, garlic slices, cooking wine, beef.
working methods
1. Cut the beef into large pieces of about 6 mm, be careful not to cut along the texture of the meat, cut off the white fascia around it, and cut more white tendons in the middle of the meat, otherwise the meat will shrink and deform when frying. Beating with a loose meat hammer can loosen the surface of the meat, without hitting with the back of a knife or sticking out a toothpick. I didn't have anything, just scratched the meat with a knife.
2. Mix the wine with black pepper and soy sauce to taste, then cut two slices of onion and garlic, and put them in the refrigerator for two hours. There is no need to put salt at this time, otherwise the meat will harden. Just put salt before frying.
3. butter the pot, or use salad oil without butter. Heat the pot with high fire to lock the water in the beef quickly, and then fry it with low fire to your liking.
skill
I'd better buy beef tenderloin next time. This is not as tender as tenderloin. Anyway, there are no chickens and ducks, and the taste is ok.
