A speech on the second venture

Good Morning, everyone! It's a great pleasure to attend our company's speech on "How to Start a Second Business" on the occasion of the 89th anniversary of the birth of China * * * Production Party. This is the third time I have participated in a speech activity in my life, but it is the only time that the content of the speech is closely related to me.

Speaking of the word entrepreneurship, I think we are all familiar with it. "Entrepreneurship", as the name implies, is to start a career. We should not only have pioneering spirit and innovative consciousness, but also have the courage to cross the river by feeling the stones and cut the thorns. The group has successfully experienced its first venture and is now focusing on its second venture.

Before we start the topic of what to do and how to do it, it is necessary to know what a second venture is. Why do enterprises need a second venture? I looked it up online, and it gave a passage: there are two stages in the process of entrepreneurship, survival entrepreneurship and ecological entrepreneurship. The first venture is survival venture, and the second venture is ecological venture. An enterprise already has a strong strength after starting a business. According to the objective law of the development of things, if it does not change, then the enterprise will definitely decline. In order to make the enterprise continue to develop and achieve higher goals, only by fundamentally transforming the enterprise can it develop again at a new level. The second venture is an internal reform process for enterprises to seek further development after achieving rapid growth. Its essence is the strategic transformation when the enterprise develops to a certain stage, and it is a revolutionary further development in the process of enterprise development.

Therefore, the second venture is an inevitable stage of enterprise development. The goal of our second venture is to achieve 100 trillion in the future. This figure is a quantitative goal, in addition, there is a qualitative goal. A new president has been hired and is ready to enter this field. This is a qualitative goal. If we compare our enterprise to a ship, the chairman is the captain, then the president should be the helmsman of the ship, controlling the course and speed of the ship. We are all in this boat, so there are only four words-in the same boat!

We have an entrepreneur with the same name. The main body of our second venture is not an enterprise group, but an enterprise person, who is starting a business. So, what should we do for the second venture? How much entrepreneurial passion do we have? You know, starting a business will not be smooth sailing. Many things we come into contact with on the way to start a business are new and we will encounter many thorny problems. If we can't overcome these bottlenecks, we will not be able to sail to success. Today is cruel, tomorrow is even more cruel, and the day after tomorrow is beautiful, but most people will die tomorrow night and can't see the beautiful sun the day after tomorrow, so many people will fail on the road to starting a business. This is what Ma Yun said, which makes sense.

But it's no use saying this or that. The key is to analyze our present and future problems. I hope everyone can start from themselves, emancipate their minds, show their entrepreneurial passion, enter the entrepreneurial state and form an entrepreneurial atmosphere. It is also party member's primary obligation to constantly learn scientific and cultural knowledge, improve work skills and correctly establish a scientific world outlook and life values. It is what we should do to fully embody the obligations of party members in our daily work, constantly complete tasks and ensure the smooth progress of the second venture!

A person's life is only a few decades, and being passive and complaining is tantamount to wasting life. The process of life is carried out in the process of constantly completing tasks. When a task is completed, the next task will naturally appear, waiting for you to complete it until you die. A person's last task is to face death! The essence of life is not to take, but to struggle. Life will never stop fighting!
