32-style taijiquan decomposition teaching
With the prevalence of taijiquan movement, now everywhere you can see people practicing taijiquan, for beginners, 32-style taijiquan is a good choice.
32-style taijiquan is a Chinese martial arts system of four paragraphs of taijiquan prescribed routine, belonging to the middle level taijiquan. It is based on Yang-style taijiquan, absorbing the Chen-style, Wu-style, Sun-style taijiquan, the movement is strict and standardized, stretch and generous.
The routine is the continuation and in-depth development of the initial level Taijiquan, but as usual, it is easy to learn and practice, and it is a good way for the public to strengthen their health and cultivate their bodies. It draws on the essence of different schools of taijiquan, the difficulty of the movement, the style of change is greater, more fully embodies the fitness and performance of martial arts.
32-style taijiquan decomposition and essentials
Preparatory posture: two feet together, the body upright, to maintain a loose, natural, upright, calm state.
1, start: left foot half a step apart and shoulder-width apart, both hands slowly raised in front of the flat, crouching, palm (to keep the shoulders and head of the chest and waist, both hands gently pressed to the front of the abdomen).
2, the right range of the bird tail: slightly turned to the right, the two hands in front of the right chest together, lifting the foot to the left front step (southeast), bow step left cupped hand, the front hand and shoulder height, the heart of the hand inward, the force point in the outside of the forearms, the back of the hand pressed next to the crotch; sitting leg to turn around the waist and buckle the foot, hold the hand to collect the foot to lift the right foot to receive the left foot, turn to the due west step.
Note: When practicing, pay attention to relaxation, to keep the body movement soft.

6, such as sealing like a closed: sitting leg turned palm, step up to close the palm (through the chest to the front of the abdomen, palms turned forward and down), bow step push press.
7, straddling the knee step: the first: turn the waist and skim the foot, swing the hand to close the foot, close the upper step (due east), bow step straddling push.
