Provisions of traffic law on large-scale transportation

Legal analysis: we should standardize the cargo standards of large objects;

(1) Overall dimensions of goods: goods with a length exceeding 14m, a width exceeding 3.5m or a height exceeding 3m;

(two) the weight of more than 20 tons of single goods or inseparable groups (bundles) of goods.

Highway large-scale transportation refers to the transportation of large-scale items on highways in China.

Article 3 Anyone who engages in the transportation of large-scale road objects within the territory of China shall abide by these Measures.

Article 4 The traffic administrative departments at all levels are the competent departments in charge of road bulk transportation, and are responsible for organizing the implementation of these Measures.

Legal basis: Article 90 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, if a motor vehicle driver violates the provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety, he shall be given a warning or fined from 20 yuan to 200 yuan. If there are other provisions in this law, it shall be punished in accordance with its provisions.
