The four famous Anhui wines are: Golden Seed Wine, Gu Jing Winery, Kouzijiao Wine and xuan wine. Gu Jing Gu Jing Winery is a traditional famous wine in Bozhou. After tasting the wine, I wrote down the inscription "Hui Me", handed it to the Governor of Liangjiang for inscription in Xiangshan Xiantong Temple, and then handed it over to Father Zhang in Suzhou for handling. The stone tablet now exists in Xiangshan Temple, which has become a witness to the glorious history of Kouzi wine.

Xuan wine, which originated from the old spring wine in Tang Dynasty, has the style of "soft, clean, refreshing, strong cellar fragrance and harmonious fragrance". It has successively won the titles of "Top Ten Strong Liquor Provinces in Anhui Province", "Top Ten Liquor Brands with the Most Growth Potential in China" and "Leading Brand of Brewing Liquor in Jiao Xiao, China".
