What do the ten essences of Taoism mean?

1. When I succeed, people say I am natural.

Accomplishing achievements by following these natures will make people feel that it is just like this, very smooth, and there will be no feeling and dissatisfaction of being far-fetched and demanding. It is natural to finish the work. This is the basis of humanized management.

2, the way of saints, indisputable. The husband does not dispute, and the world cannot contend with it.

Lao Tzu said: the principle of a leader is to defeat the enemy without fighting. Because we don't compete, people all over the world can't compete with it. As Laozi said, "Good is like water. Water is the good of all things, and water is the evil of all, so it is a few words. " "Heaven is beneficial and harmless; The way of a saint, fight for it. " The owner of the mall is also fighting for it. The undisputed man wins because his behavior conforms to human nature, is beneficial to others but harmless, and is good at getting help from others, so he can win without arguing.

There is no danger in Zhi Zhi. Husband is not profitable, he can hide and become new.

Laozi said: knowing how to stop at the right time can avoid getting into danger. Because it is not full, it can be reborn when things tend to be worn out. Laozi believes that "things are strong and old, which is called ignorance." When things develop and grow to a sufficient degree, they will inevitably move towards aging and death, that is, they will die young if they are no longer close to the Tao. Therefore, leaders should not pursue growth excessively, so that things tend to be full and die prematurely. On the contrary, we should pay attention to the control of development to a certain extent, not to be full of profits too early, so that we can calmly innovate and make things reborn from the ashes before death, and be in a new state with enough room for development, so that we can continue to develop.

4. He who knows others is wise, and he who knows himself is wise. The winner is strong, and the winner is strong.

Laozi said: those who know others are wise, and those who know themselves are clear. Those who can win are powerful, and those who can win by themselves are powerful. Therefore, the first article of Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals said: "If you want to get people, you must get yourself first. If you want to know people, you must first know yourself. " The self-knowledge article says: "The security of life and death lies not in the outside, but in self-knowledge. ..... failure is greater than not knowing it. " If a manager lacks the ability of self-knowledge and self-victory, and knows that people are good at their duties, it is difficult to carry out effective management.

Mao Zedong once said: "I am close to the people and serve Ceng Wenzheng alone"; Chiang Kai-shek also took Zeng Guofan as a model of life and followed suit everywhere. Zeng Guofan's life is "winning in the general, losing in the general." Ceng Zhi used the words "respect" and "sincerity" to win over talents. Once entrusted with full power, it will be used properly and made great contributions repeatedly; If you win, you will be very proud. If you try your hand, you will lose and fight again and again. As for several attempted suicides. It is these hardships and lessons that make him gradually understand that those who know others are wise and those who know themselves are clear. The philosophy of "the winner is strong, and the loser is strong" has reached the life realm of "countless flowers in the sea shine on the sky, and mountains and rivers know themselves". It can win by oneself and has strong personality strength.

5. Do nothing. Do nothing.

Laozi said: Nothing can be done well without breaking the law. Laozi also said: "Take the world without things, and take the world without things." Therefore, Lao Tzu said, "Heaven and earth are heartless, and everything is a grass dog. Saints are ruthless and treat people like pigs. " There is no such thing as "benevolence" in heaven and earth, and everything is abandoned as a sacrifice. It doesn't matter, let nature take its course. Saints don't care about "benevolence" either, but it doesn't matter to throw away all people as sacrifices and let them obey the natural development of Tao. It is said that "hope is natural", so talk less. What is important is that "those who are engaged in the Tao are the same as the Tao", can grasp the righteous way, "let them do whatever they want" and obey the Tao, so as to achieve great things. Therefore, I think it is better to stick to the principle of getting to the point and really do practical things than to say more empty words and repeated tired embarrassment.

7. It is impossible to manage people.

Laozi said: The best way to manage and govern people is to cultivate land. In other words, we should follow the law of crop growth, don't force it, take care of it, irrigate it and help it according to the development needs of crops, so that crops can grow well and get a bumper harvest. Therefore, managers leading people to complete their careers must also follow this principle in order to achieve fruitful results.

8. If you run a big country, you can do something new.

Laozi said: Governing a big country is like frying a small fish. In other words, leaders should not interfere in chaos, but should take care of it according to the temperature. They must never turn around and stir the little fish before the time comes. Leaders who govern an organization must also be as cautious as frying small fish, and must never screw things up before the time comes.

9. Rule the country with righteousness, fight with strangeness, and take the world with nothing.

Laozi said: rule the country with righteousness, use troops with strangeness, and take the world with nothing. Laozi also thinks: "I do nothing and the people make it." I am so quiet and people are upright. I have nothing to do and the people are rich. I have no desire. People are simple. "Doing nothing by the way is right, but being wise is strange." In the final analysis, it is static "and belongs to the meaning of obeying the Tao." If you don't want to be quiet, the world will decide. "Obedience is the root of great things, and ingenuity is only an auxiliary means.

Laozi said: a leader who is good at employing people has a low status. In other words, people who only consider their own self-interest, don't respect others and are not good at getting along with others are in a "high position"; On the contrary, people who can take care of others, respect others and get along well with others are in a "low position". People with low status are like mountain valleys, and water will live in low places, so it is inevitable that everyone will follow.
