What does sis mean?

Strategic Information System (SIS for short) is an information system that supports enterprises to win or maintain competitive advantage and make medium-and long-term strategic planning for enterprises.

Big losses, even eliminated. Therefore, people have a new understanding of the importance of strategic planning. Enterprises should not only consider immediate interests, but also focus on long-term development. SIS produced in this context can provide strong support for the analysis and decision-making of enterprise management strategy.

SIS is to make a long-term strategic development plan for senior managers to make decisions on the computer by using external information and internal key factor information that reflect the environment and competitors, and with the help of market analysis, prediction and strategic decision-making model. The logical structure of SIS is shown in figure 1 1.3.

SIS is a relatively new concept, which involves many unstructured problems. The structure and human-computer interaction mode of SIS are still immature. The realization of S-drink must be based on the traditional management information system, and its successful application is estimated to take some time. However, as a new way for enterprises to survive and develop, it has attracted the attention of all parties. At present, it must be emphasized that when building management information system, senior leaders of enterprises should firmly establish long-term business strategy, attach importance to the collection and arrangement of strategic information, and consider laying a good foundation and preparation for the future implementation of SIS.
