In the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics, China's Han Xiaopeng won the second gold medal of the Chinese delegation at the Winter Olympics with 250.77 points in the final of the men's freestyle skiing aerials in Turin.

This gold medal is the first Winter Olympics gold medal won by a Chinese snow athlete, and the first Winter Olympics gold medal won by a Chinese male athlete. It is also the first Winter Olympic gold medal won by a Chinese athlete in freestyle skiing.
