The national culture after reading the gods to help!
Revisiting the history of thousands of years of Chinese civilization, every page is filled with the rich fragrance of wine. The wine is a collection of the essence of the five grains into the good wine. Smell the refreshing, sip the sweet as syrup, drink and feel wonderful, can make the coward male, so that the lady charming, so that the scribe crazy; so that the standing dance, so that the Zhuangzhi harmonization, so that the cold people warm, so that the sadness of the forgotten; the rioter full of a bottle, and the talent of the mind springs; the beauty of the shallow one, and the peach cheeks and pink face. The pioneers used it to drive away the winter cold, enhance the feelings of sadness, dissolve the sadness and bitter hatred, tried and true; in the celebrations, rituals, conquests, festivals and other occasions to create the atmosphere, there is a big help. Wine culture is a cultural phenomenon produced and developed by wine, which is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese culture and even world culture, and has an important influence on social life. A systematic study of this field and the launch of a monograph undoubtedly has considerable academic significance. The book "The Charm of Sublimation--Chinese Wine Culture" is written by Mr. Xiao Jiacheng. He has retired from his work, and with the unique theoretical ability and academic perspective of an ethnologist, he has conducted a comprehensive examination of the wine culture from theory and practice. Wine culture is an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and there are a lot of works by writers and writers who drink and sing about wine throughout the ages, but the nature and meaning of wine culture, history and current situation, structure and function, psychology and behavior, as well as its close connection and penetration of various cultural phenomena such as religion, etiquette, marriage, funeral, hospitality, and even politics, military, law, and other theoretical issues are still to be explored in-depth and systematically studied. It is still to be in-depth. Therefore, this book is groundbreaking and of great significance in filling in the gaps. The authors have personally investigated and extensively collected ethnographic data from fieldwork, systematically organized relevant data from historical documents and archaeological discoveries, and involved many disciplines such as chemistry, microbiology and fermentation. Through international academic exchanges, we have collected and referred to the research results of foreign scholars on Chinese communities in their studies on wine. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of these data, it took more than ten years (1987-1998) to go from investigation to research report, from thesis to monograph; and nearly ten years (1999-2007) to get the financial support from the Publication Fund for the Elderly in the Social Sciences, and then formally publish the monograph. The author believes that Engels' statement that the emergence of artificial winemaking was a major event in the development of primitive society and one of the symbols of the separation of handicrafts from agriculture and the occurrence of the second great social division of labor is of great significance. The study of wine culture helps us to grasp the laws of the development of productive forces. On this basis, the author discusses the eight properties of wine culture more fully and comprehensively. Namely: the sign of the level of development of productive forces, the dual attributes of nature and culture, ethnicity, comprehensiveness, permeability, sublimation, two-sidedness, and health care; and from the perspective of combining natural and social sciences, he gives a scientific definition for wine culture. The author has used a large space to reveal the rich and colorful structural characteristics of wine culture more fully. That is: both in the many nationalities and clans, contains a variety of national wine and colorful national wine culture; also manifested in the longest history, the richest literature, the highest level of development, on behalf of China's wine culture, the main body of the Han Chinese wine culture and the same colorful, long history and each with a unique style of ethnic minority wine culture*** with the embodiment of the "Chinese people Diversity and integration pattern" (Fei Xiaotong) on the colorful picture. This is a manifestation of both material and spiritual cultures, of both technical and customary cultures, of both psychological and behavioral cultures, etc., which are intricate, intertwined, multidimensional, and comprehensive, and are the manifestations of the value of in-depth theoretical research on the culture of wine. Yang Koon and Luo Zhiping, both late ethnographic veterans, had made a preface for this book, and Dr. Dwight Biehas, an American scholar, was also pleased to write the book. According to the tradition of alcohol studies in American academia, the study of alcohol was organized and coordinated by a "Committee on Alcohol and Toxicology" under the Society of Pharmaceutical Anthropology of the American Anthropological Association, of which Dr. Haas was the chairman. To the surprise of Chinese scholars, American scholars associate "alcohol" with "poison", reflecting the mainstream opinion of American anthropological research on alcohol; the focus of the research has also been on controlling the quantity of alcohol consumed and the associated problems (alcohol related problems) brought about by individuals or society. The focus of research has also been on the control of the quantity of alcohol consumption and the prevention and treatment of the personal or social problems associated with it. This is in contrast to our academic tradition, which has long placed the study of alcohol in the areas of diet and medicine, and it also aroused a certain degree of novelty among our American colleagues. In this context, both sides benefit from the results of cooperation, exchange and dialogue between different cultural backgrounds in the study of alcohol culture. Dr. Haas believes that the author's emphasis is exactly on his "socio-cultural model", so, in addition to actively writing a foreword for the author, "Wine: A Window on Culture", he also edited and published the "Handbook of World Wine and Cultures" in order to make more comparisons and invited the author to write a book, "Wine and Culture in China". The author was invited to write a chapter on "Wine and Culture in China" for the publication of the Handbook of Wine and Culture in the World. The author also introduced the research method of his American counterpart on "types of drinking", and adjusted it according to the reality of our country, distinguishing between cultural types and quantitative types. A nation that does not drink well must lack a romantic temperament, especially in the fields of literature, music, art and other arts, if there is no wine to boost the mood, the number of first-class artists will certainly be much smaller. And a nation that drinks a lot is bound to have no future. In the fields of science and technology and social management, those who are drunk all the time are bound to do nothing, and most of them will become the cause of chaos. How to hold the two ends of the stick, take the middle, just right, is a modern society is worth exploring the issue. Therefore, to manage the brewing of wine by legal system, to regulate the sale of wine by system, and to control the drinking of wine by reason is a sign of the progress of the times, and it is necessary for a civilized society. The publication of this book will undoubtedly bring useful insights into how to correctly cope with a certain "inevitable" trend of rapidly rising alcohol consumption in the current situation of increasingly affluent public life.
