Simple small hand-made method

The material is very simple, popsicle stick, plastic spoon, rubber band, hot melt scratch, waste paper. Balloon hovercraft

Find a CD and a film can, remove the cover of the film can, apply some glue to the central hole at the open end of the CD, and heat the glue at the edge of the film can to achieve the effect of complete sealing. After the glue cools, nail a hole in the center of the top of the film tank to let air penetrate, then prepare a balloon, put it on the film tank, inflate it with air holes, and then seal the air holes to complete the hovercraft.
