The difference between workers' rights and interests under the new employment form and traditional workers' rights and interests

The rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment are different from those of traditional workers as follows:

1. Workers in new forms of employment did not sign a formal labor contract, and instead of the labor contract, they adopted a relatively loose cooperation agreement or sent management for them, resulting in longer working hours, greater labor intensity, poor working conditions and no medical insurance and old-age insurance protection.

2. Traditional laborers have signed formal labor contracts, which are guaranteed by medical insurance and endowment insurance.
