Several attempts to assign math homework in senior high school.

Traditional high school mathematics homework has formed a variety of operation modes, which has played an important role in cultivating students' effective memory strategies. But this kind of homework is the product of knowledge-based education, which is no longer suitable for cultivating students' creative thinking and innovation ability. Arranging math homework well plays a very important role in guiding students' study, checking teaching effect and adjusting teaching plan. However, in teaching, it is common to mechanically adopt "homework is the first question in several pages of a textbook". In order to save time in batch operation, it has become a mere formality now. Therefore, there is a phenomenon of focusing on the topic, covering everything, grasping the beard, unclear goals and not highlighting the key points, which makes the effect of mathematics homework on teaching poor and becomes a bottleneck restricting the quality of mathematics teaching.

I use the following forms of homework in my daily teaching to share with you.

1. Optional job

Practice: Teachers provide a large number of consolidated math homework according to the teaching unit, and teachers only require the minimum amount of homework to be completed every day, so that students can choose to complete it freely.

2. Graded correction operation

Practice: Teachers conduct formative tests at the end of a teaching unit, and according to the test results, students are divided into "qualified" and "need to work hard" grades. The teacher provides grading homework, requires students who need to work hard to complete it independently, and gives it to "qualified" students for grading and commenting.

Features and advantages: under the class teaching system, students' learning effect will not be the same. Teachers do not grade students at the beginning of the teaching unit, but at the end of the teaching unit. This will help students learn to choose their own homework in the learning process of teaching units. Grading homework is conducive to the formation of mutual learning atmosphere. Improve students' initiative and enthusiasm in completing homework.

3. Write your own "test" homework

Exercise: At the end of the chapter, the teacher instructs the students to do their own study tests, which are regarded as homework. Teachers focus on guiding students to learn the arrangement of chapter knowledge and content, and gradually establish the connection between problems and content. It can be compiled by division of labor and cooperation, or by individuals independently. After each compilation, students are required to submit the arrangement of chapter knowledge content, examination papers and the results of examining knowledge points. 4. Research assignments

Features and advantages: within the scope given by teachers, students have greater freedom of choice, complete long-span time and space, can seek partners, be creative, and closely combine with life, accelerate individual socialization and cultivate students' ability to use information. Compared with traditional homework, inquiry homework has obvious advantages: (1) Inquiry homework is often a comprehensive special study, and students can easily become the masters of learning activities in mastering special study, which is conducive to the cultivation of students' innovative thinking and ability; ⑵ The homework takes a long time to complete, the homework feedback lags behind, and the time and space are vast, which is conducive to improving students' awareness of learning and their ability to collect information extensively; ⑶ Attaching importance to individual completion to cooperative completion is conducive to cultivating students' cooperative spirit; (4) the openness of operation process, completion method and evaluation method.
