What are the construction requirements for the layout of warehouses in cities?

Small cities should set up independent areas and arrange warehouses of various natures. The distribution of storage areas in large and medium-sized cities should adopt the method of combining centralization and decentralization.

(1) Reserve warehouses should generally be located in urban suburbs, outer suburbs and places with convenient water transportation conditions.

(2) The transshipment warehouse should be located on the edge or suburb of the city.

(3) The acquisition warehouse should be located at the entrance of the suburban main road into the urban area or the water traffic intersection.

(4) The supply warehouse or general comprehensive warehouse should be close to its supply area, and can be arranged in or near the warehouse use area, with convenient traffic conditions in the city.

(5) Special warehouse

1) The dangerous goods warehouse is arranged on independent special land far away from the suburbs of the city;

5) The fuel and flammable materials warehouse shall meet the fire prevention requirements and be arranged in an independent area in the suburbs.
