2. Parking

Forklifts should be neatly parked in the designated area, long-term deactivation and reuse should take the necessary maintenance measures, specifically with the forklift dealer contact.

3. Cleaning

Forklifts must be cleaned in time after operation. Wash with a rag and pay attention to the protection of the electrical system during cleaning.

4. Lubrication

The whole working length of the lifting chain of the gantry must be lubricated with chain spray; at the same time, the whole working length of the gantry guide must be lubricated.

5. Wheels

5.1 Worn tires affect the stability of the forklift. Iron chips, metal, stones and other objects trapped in the tires must be removed promptly. Replace worn tires and bearings if necessary;

5.2 Keep the drive wheel nuts firmly positioned.

6. Battery

6.1 Do not put any metal on the battery, be careful of short circuit;

6.2 Check the battery charging status, electrolyte level and specific gravity, charge in time, do not put the battery on hold

in the discharged state;

6.3 Do not add the electrolyte before charging;

6.4 Charging shall be strictly charged with the corresponding charger;

6.5 The battery charging or storage place should be well ventilated, and strictly prohibit smoke and fire;

6.6 The electrolyte is toxic, corrosive diluted sulfuric acid solution, attention should be paid to the personal protection;

7. Regular Maintenance;

7.1 Regular maintenance should be borne by professional personnel;

7.2 Periodic maintenance time;

Conduct maintenance and repair in accordance with the maintenance schedule provided by the plug-in vehicle supplier.

7.3 Forklift drivers shall promptly inform the supplier of forklift maintenance and repairs will be contacted to arrange for professional regular maintenance every time the above schedule is available;

7.4 The specific content and specifications of maintenance are detailed in the forklift operation manual;

7.5 Regular maintenance will be kept for all maintenance records.

8. Forklift maintenance.

8.1 the relationship between the forklift safety failures must be troubleshooting and then work, it is strictly prohibited to work with the potential for accidents;

8.2 forklift operators should be found in a timely manner forklift failures, and timely report to the warehouse supervisor;

8.3 timely notification of the maintenance, to protect the operation;
