How to punch holes in porcelain

Preparation tools: impact hammer; Hammer and sample punch or steel nail; Marker pen; Measuring ruler; Sealing tape.

Step 1: Mark the ceramic surface to be punched with a marker pen, and then knock a small hole with a steel nail.

Step 2: Stick the transparent adhesive tape on the ceramic surface horizontally and vertically, and it is marked with water spots to prevent it from cracking when punching.

Step 3: Select an impact drill with the required diameter to install the impact hammer. Start drilling slowly and cool the drill bit with cold water if necessary.

Step 4: Align the piercing point vertically and start the impact hammer with appropriate pressure. The amount of propulsion should not be too large, and it is necessary to gradually exert force to smoothly penetrate the tiles. After the ceramic tile penetrates, it can be pushed hard until it reaches the required depth.

Step 5: slowly pull out the impact hammer and tear off the transparent glue, and finish.
