Tiramisu, who just came out of the closet, seems to have softened her hard body. She was refrigerated all night. What is this for?
It doesn't matter. I often make tiramisu. If it is still soft after cold storage overnight, the soft version is actually better, but the hard version is worse with gelatin. If it is too soft, the egg whites and whipped cream may not be in place. I just made one the other day, which is a little too soft. I put it on the balcony for one night (-2-3 degrees), and it is semi-frozen (don't freeze it in the refrigerator for one night). It is really delicious. This is the best tiramisu I have ever eaten.
