The organizational structure of enterprise groups is as follows

Enterprise groups have four organizational structure models:

(1) Linear functional organizational structure: the headquarters of the parent company is centralized and divided into several functional departments according to functions, and the parent company implements highly centralized management of subordinate business units (branches and subsidiaries) through functional departments. This form is often adopted by the parent company at the initial stage of its establishment.

(2) Division-based organizational structure: related fields are relatively centralized, and grass-roots production and operation enterprises with the same or similar products are combined into a division, through which the production and operation activities of grass-roots enterprises (subsidiaries, affiliated enterprises and cooperative enterprises) are managed.

(3) Holding system (parent-subsidiary system) organizational structure: the parent company controls and manages subsidiaries through holding or relative holding, and completes the business of the parent company through operating subsidiaries. The parent company does not set up business divisions and functional departments related to operation and production, but only sets up some functional departments to manage and control its subsidiaries.

(4) Mixed organizational structure: the parent company directly operates some businesses in the form of business divisions or linear functional units, and at the same time operates some businesses in the form of subsidiaries. The business department engaged in production is at the same level as the subsidiary, which is actually a mixed structure of business department, holding system and linear functional system.
