Liu Yongsen began to learn cloisonne craft in Beijing from 1954. He is Mr. Jin Shiquan, a famous arts and crafts artist in China, the founder of contemporary cloisonne jade embedding art, and the inheritor of contemporary research, development, reproduction and royal tribute of cloisonne in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Liu Yongsen is good at the design and production of cloisonne, jade, gold and silver jewelry, filigree inlay and internal painting, and is good at the restoration of cultural relics and the reconstruction of antique cloisonne. He inherited all the production techniques of cloisonne and is unique in the cloisonne industry. From more than 60 years of artistic creation, a large number of palace masterpieces have been designed for collectors in China and the world to collect and invest. In 2004, eight fruit boxes and lotus fountains were designed and made for Sihanoukville Palace. Mr. Liu Yongsen initiated the cross-border integration of cloisonne traditional crafts with other traditional crafts in China, such as jade carving, jade inlay and Qi Diao.

As one of the only six national masters of arts and crafts in cloisonne industry in China today, he is one of the few masters of arts and crafts in China, spanning many fields. 1954 Liu Yongsen, 16 years old, came to Beijing to learn cloisonne art from Yiyong's private workshop.
