I. Inspection before boiler ignition 1. External inspection: In addition to checking whether the outside of the boiler body is damaged, it is also necessary to check whether the heating surface and insulation layer in the boiler are in good condition. Check whether there is residual dirt in the furnace. 3. Burner inspection: check whether the installation position of the burner is reasonable and easy to maintain, whether the steam supply pipeline is smooth and tight, whether the barometer is correct, whether the fan motor rotates correctly and whether the air door switch is flexible. Whether the load regulating device is correct and whether the ignition electrode, ignition position, small fire position and large fire position are preset. 4. Inspection of boiler auxiliary equipment: there is no water leakage, noise and abnormal temperature rise in the trial operation of feed water pump, the oil level in bearing box is normal and the cooling water is unblocked; Test run the water treatment equipment and deaerator, and check whether the boiler feed water meets the requirements of GB 1576-2008 Water Quality Standard for Low Pressure Boilers. Boiler feed water should be strictly controlled: hardness ≤0.03mmol/L, dissolved oxygen ≤0. 1mg/L, PH ≥7, oil content ≤2mg/L, iron content ≤0.3mg/L, suspended solids ≤ 5mg/L. 5. Boiler inspection and control instrument inspection: check whether thermal instruments and electrical equipment are in good condition. Check the position of the pressure gauge pointer and close the pressure gauge cock. When there is no pressure, the pointer of the pressure gauge with limit nail block should be at the nail block, and the value of the pointer from zero should not exceed the allowable error specified by the pressure gauge. (2) Inspection of the water system: Fill the softening pool with softened water, make sure to empty the air before using the water pump, adjust the rotation direction of the water pump, and then gradually open the valve from the water pump to the boiler. After the inspection, water can be injected into the boiler. Before entering the water, open the air valve at the top of the boiler to exhaust the air in the boiler. The water inflow speed should not be too fast. When entering the water, check the manhole, hand hole, flange joint and valve for leakage. If there is leakage, stop the water inflow, replace the packing or repair it. At this point, don't ignite in a hurry, stop for a while, pay attention to the water level in the pot and keep it unchanged. If the water level drops gradually, find out the reason and try to eliminate it. If the water level in the pot continues to rise after the water supply valve is closed, it means that the water supply valve is leaking and should be repaired or replaced. After stopping the water supply, try to open the drain valve to drain water and check whether there is any blockage. Before commissioning, all valves should be in the specified switch position, and should be adjusted according to the specified position during inspection. Boiler water supply system: the air valve is opened and the boiler water inlet valve is opened. Boiler blowdown system: all blowdown valves are closed. (3) Electrical system inspection: check whether the power supply meets the rated voltage, push the power supply, and check whether the power supply meets the rated voltage. Disconnect the power supply of the main circuit, simulate the ignition procedure, and check whether the control circuit is normal. (4) Fuel system inspection: firstly, check whether the pressure regulating device is appropriate and whether the ball valve is closed. Whether the valves, filters and measuring instruments on the gas supply pipeline are complete. In addition, the concentration and calorific value of gas should also be checked accordingly, and should not be lower than the extremely low value. Check whether the explosion-proof door spring at the tail of the boiler meets the requirements, the thickness of asbestos board installed on the explosion-proof door on the flue shall not be greater than 3 mm, and check whether the gas detection alarm interlock device is sensitive and reliable, whether it is put into operation and whether the check value is accurate. The gas detection alarm interlock device is tested once per shift to ensure sensitivity, reliability and accurate indication. (5) Fire fighting system inspection: whether the fire fighting pressure stabilizing pump is running and whether the pressure value meets the requirements. The fire pump is in a good standby state and can be started at any time. The pumps and valves of the above systems shall be inspected once per shift to keep the fire-fighting pressure-stabilizing pump in good operation and the fire-fighting pump in good standby, and ensure that they can be put into operation at any time. (6) Other inspections: Before the boiler enters the water, it must be confirmed that all handhole covers on the drum are completely closed and tight; Safety valves, pressure gauges and thermometers are complete, sensitive, safe and reliable; All operating parts should have good lighting; Operating platforms, escalators and equipment shall be clean, and sundries and garbage shall not be piled on them; Ensure qualified softened water reserves, water supply equipment, pipelines and their accessories, supports and hangers, etc. In good condition, all pumps are in normal trial operation10-20min; Valves should be connected completely, and pipe supports and hangers should be complete and firm; There should be no blocking plate (blind plate) at the flange joint of main supply return pipe, make-up water pipe and sewage pipe; All valves and cocks shall be opened flexibly and closed tightly. Second, the inspection of natural gas supply system 1, check whether the primary and secondary valves of natural gas are in working condition, whether the gas filter, barometer and meter are connected to the system, whether the bursting disc on the natural gas main pipe is installed, and whether the valves on the exhaust pipe are tightly closed. 2. Check whether the gas pressure regulated by the gas pressure regulator is in a stable state. Generally, it is required to be stable within the range of 30-45Kpa (before the pressure stabilizing valve). 3. The natural gas automatic monitoring alarm operates with the interlocking device of the fan and the forced ventilation device, which is sensitive and reliable. The forced ventilation facilities in the boiler room can be started at any time and run reliably. 5. Explosion-proof lighting facilities in the boiler room are put into operation, and all non-explosion-proof lighting and electrical equipment shall not be sent or operated. 6. Auxiliary facilities such as inflammable and explosive articles or gas meters shall be placed in explosion-proof rooms as far as possible. 7, each class of outdoor gas device and each valve for a check, check whether each valve is in the open state, observe the barometer reading, found that the air pressure is not normal, should be timely to find the reason. 8, every 1 hour, check the natural gas pipeline, to confirm whether it leaks. Once the leakage is found, the main control valve of natural gas should be closed immediately. Before the leakage treatment, it is forbidden to use open flames and personnel to enter to prevent explosion and personnel suffocation. 9. Natural gas pressure measuring and sensing devices shall be inspected regularly in strict accordance with relevant safety regulations. 10, whether the ignition solenoid valve switch is flexible should be repaired or adjusted by professional maintenance personnel. Non-professionals are strictly forbidden to disassemble, check and adjust the opening and closing time and opening size without permission. Three, stand-alone test run 1, water pump test run (1), before running, you must open the water inlet valve of the water pump, fill it with water first, and then carry out inching test to determine whether the motor direction is correct, whether the rotation is flexible, and whether there is abnormal noise and abnormal temperature rise. (2) Start the water pump, gradually open the water outlet valve, adjust it to the required working condition, and run continuously for about 10 minute. Measure its rated current with a clamp meter to see if the motor load is normal. 2. Trial operation of burner (conducted by professional boiler manufacturer) (1) Ignition test A: Check whether the natural gas pressure is within the appropriate pressure range, and confirm and set the main pressure according to the boiler load capacity. Ignition gas leakage inspection. C don't transport fuel, use ignition transformer to confirm the spark. D. Turn the burner and the secondary fan, and after the furnace is fully purged, confirm whether the ignition state of the ignition burner is stable. Measure the brightness of ignition burner (except current and voltage). (2) Linkage action test A: Connect the fuel regulating plate, primary baffle and secondary baffle on the intermediate shaft, and use the manual intermediate shaft to confirm whether the linkage is flexible. B. If there is any inflexibility during the movement, adjust the linkage. In addition, the rotation should be coated with lubricating oil in advance. C install the connecting rod, and use the manual potentiometer to make the load from fully closed to fully open, and ensure the smooth movement. (4) Automatic ignition and dry combustion automatically start blowers, burners, jet pumps, ignition devices, electromagnetic valves, etc. with minimum combustion A.. (5) Fuel quantity adjustment A manual potentiometer is adjusted to the maximum value, which is consistent with the combustion quantity. B. (6) Action test and setting of safety device A: Take down the flame monitor, conduct fire extinguishing test and give an alarm after diagnosis. B ignition again, low water level cut-off test. Confirm that the burner stops and give an alarm (confirm the stopped water level). Set the pressure proportional regulator. D setting of pressure limit switch: automatic combustion is adopted. According to the locked boiler pressure, stop burning to determine the action value. E. confirm the interlock action of the burner. F. Action confirmation of burner stop switch: open the burner hinge and confirm that the burner motor is not started. Settings for each thermal relay. H confirm the time of pre-purging and post-purging. (7) Air double adjustment After meeting the minimum lower limit condition, adjust the air ratio to minimize the excess air coefficient: A does not smoke. The flame has no extreme deviation. There is no coke-like adsorption in the flared part and other parts of C burner. D Fireflies don't fly away (8) Air-fuel ratio is adopted, and each part adjusts the opening of the baffle and the ventilation rate for recording the fuel quantity of A.. B. Flame deviation: move the core of the flame stabilizer to the direction of flame deviation. 3. Test run of the fan (1). Before running, jog the motor to determine whether the direction is correct, then start the fan to see if it can rotate flexibly, and finally gradually open the air door. (2) Run continuously for about 10 minutes, and measure its rated current with a clamp meter to see if the motor load is normal. Check for abnormal noise and abnormal temperature rise. 4. The softener and deaerator are put into trial operation (1). The softener observes the four links of regeneration, flushing, backwashing and operation, and then measures the effluent quality of the softener. After reaching the water quality standard, the water is injected into the soft pool; Test for at least two cycles. (2) Start the boiler feed water pump for deaerator test, make softened water pass through the deaerator, measure its water quality, and replenish water to the boiler after reaching the deaerator standard. At least two tests should be conducted. Fourth, the cold overall test run When the single test run of all rotating equipment is successful, the overall joint test run will be carried out. Joint test run is divided into cold test run and hot test run. The cold test run starts all rotating equipment procedures and evaluates the unity of the overall joint operation. 5. After the cold overall trial operation of the oven and boiler, the oven and boiler can be started after all components meet the safe start-up conditions. The oven drying time is not less than four days, and the latter two days can be combined with the boiler. 1. Close manhole, handhole, main steam valve and water level gauge drain cock, inject qualified softened water into the pot, the inlet water temperature shall not be higher than 40℃, let the water level in the pot rise to 2/3 of the water level gauge, and close the water supply valve. Then open the air valve (which can be replaced by the safety steam valve), so that the air and steam in the drum have a channel for discharging outwards. 2. Turn on the burner and let it burn a small fire. Keep the pressure in the pot for the first two days. If the pressure rises to 0. 1MPa, open the drain valve immediately, and supply water immediately when the water level drops. 3. In the last two days, the drugs used in the oven combined with the boiling furnace should be prepared into a uniform solution with a concentration of 20%, and the solid drugs should not be directly added into the barrel. Stop burning, open the air valve at the upper part of the barrel to inject the prepared liquid medicine into the barrel at one time, close the manhole and continue to start the burner to burn. When the boiler pressure rises to 0. 1MPa, maintain it for 24 hours, then stop burning, and gradually reduce the pressure below 0.06MPa. When the water temperature is lower than 70℃, open the drain valve and discharge all boiler water. 4. After the boiler is cooled, open the manhole and hand hole, rinse the steam drum with clean water, and conduct inspection. If there is still oil stain, cook as above until there is no oil stain in the drum.
