When was Qixinggong introduced to Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine?

(1979) In August, Mr. Wu Meicheng was invited to teach in the former Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Seven-Star Skill was introduced to Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The Seven-Star Skill is a kind of skill which is created and edited according to the ancient guiding techniques, such as clear mind, quiet body, stretching tendons, adjusting breath and other fitness and health features. On the basis of maintaining the purpose of strengthening the body, it absorbs the body-building elements of Yijinjing and Baduanjin.

It draws lessons from the deity and function of Wuqinxi, combines the meridian massage technique of traditional Chinese medicine, and integrates the characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan technique, body operation mode and breathing coordination method. It is a set of traditional health-care and health-keeping techniques that integrates "martial arts and medical care".

Through learning, students can initially master the technical essentials, action routes and action concepts of body-building exercises. On this basis, we can further understand the meridians and acupoints of human body and cultivate students' awareness of health care.
