Moonhwa Night's clothes are not the traditional clothes of a fixed dynasty, but are made by softening the elements of the traditional clothes of each dynasty in each country and then improving them.

I personally think that this costume is made from a combination of hanbok and kimono styles. The costume of Moonlight Night belongs to the waifu mom (actually, forgot the name of that Korean waifu mom ......) who made it herself, and only a few Moonlight Nights have anime prototypes, which this one doesn't.
