How to bake chicken wings in home oven

Main Ingredients: 6 chicken wings, 1 lemon leaf, 10g garlic, 5g ginger, 3 tbsp water

Supplementary Ingredients: 3 tbsp white peach jam, 3g salt, 1g pepper, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tsp black vinegar, 2 tbsp rice wine

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2: Put all seasonings in a cooking cup, add water, ginger and garlic.

3: Beat with a cooking rod until smooth.

4: Reserve about 3 tbsp of the marinade and add another tbsp of jam and mix well.

5: Pour the remaining marinade into the chicken wings and marinate for 30 minutes.

6: Place the marinated chicken wings in a baking dish.

7: When the oven is at 200 degrees, put the chicken wings in and bake for 10 minutes.

8: Remove the wings and quickly coat with the remaining marinade.

9: Put them in the oven again and bake for about 6 minutes.

10: Remove the wings and sprinkle some finely cut lemon leaves and serve.
