Guicun Administrative Village is located in the north of Jiudu Town, next to Huotongxi, 6 kilometers away from the seat of the government. This village has a long history and beautiful environment, and banyan trees are famous in the whole area. There are five natural villages in the village: Guicun, Bushang, Tingcun, Dongshan and Zhenni, with 539 households and 2,259 people. It is the largest administrative village in the town and one of the villages with better economy. The cultivated land area is 2097 mu, including paddy field 1667.60 mu, loquat 2000 mu, citrus 150 mu, tea 1000 mu and collective oil naphthalene 100 mu, with an average annual development of 50,000 square feet of mushrooms. Loquat is the main source of income for people in this village. The village is rich in tourism resources, including Bat Cave, Ancient Wharf, Banyan Tree Group and Wenchang Pavilion.

Guicun is adjacent to hua jing cun, Fuyao, Jiudu, Chaikeng, Jiuxian, Kengwei, Shidun, Wukeng, Bian Xi and Yun Qi.
