What are the differences, advantages and disadvantages of PU, PU leather, PU leather and genuine leather?

PU is the English abbreviation of poly urethane, and its chemical Chinese name is "polyurethane". PU leather is made of polyurethane.

Compared with PU leather, genuine leather has the advantages of more wear resistance, greater tensile strength, softer leather and better air permeability. Compared with real leather, PU leather has the advantages of lighter weight, waterproof, less swelling or deformation after water absorption, environmental protection, light smell, easy care, low price, and more patterns can be pressed on the surface.

From a chemical point of view, PVC and PU are both PVC plastics, but their manufacturing processes are different. Performance comparison: PU leather has better physical properties than PVC leather, such as bending resistance, good softness, high tensile strength and good air permeability, while PVC is not. The pattern of PVC leather is made by hot pressing with steel pattern roller.

The pattern of PU leather is that a piece of pattern paper is first heated and pressed on the surface of semi-finished leather, and then the paper skin is separated after cooling. The price of PU leather is more than twice as high as that of PVC leather; PU feels soft; PVC feels harder.

After baking, the taste of PU is much lighter than that of PVC. I know that, but as for the price of the ball, I'm not sure. In addition, even the same leather, the price is different after different workmanship.

Cleaning method of PU leather:

1, wet and detergent cleaning, avoid gasoline scrubbing.

2, can not be dry-cleaned.

3, can only be washed, and the washing temperature can not exceed 40 degrees.

4, can not be exposed to the sun.

5. Don't touch some organic solvents.

6.PU leather clothes need to be collected in bags and cannot be folded.
