How to play golf normally?
(1) Back swing: refers to the action of swinging the club head to the back and upper part of the ball from the state of preparing to hit the ball, from the beginning to the wrist bending. The back swing is the beginning of the up swing.
Make the left arm and the club into a whole, do not bend the wrist and elbow, and keep the triangle formed by the two arms and shoulders. The left shoulder and left hand form a whole with the club. Use the left shoulder to drive the arm, hand and club in turn, and slowly swing the club head to the right rear of the ball flying direction about 30 cm. In this process, it is necessary to keep the club face always facing the flying direction of the ball.
(2) Upswing: On the whole, there is no interval boundary between backswing and upswing, and there is no pause. The back pendulum is the beginning of the up pendulum, and the up pendulum is the continuation of the back pendulum. It can even be said that the back pendulum is part of the upper pendulum.
(3) Swing vertex: Because the swing speed is very fast, there is no obvious time division between the upper swing and the lower swing, and their conversion is only completed in an instant, so we regard the moment of their conversion as the swing vertex.
When the backswing is completed, the wrist of the left hand remains upright, flexes in the direction of the thumb, and the heel of the thumb shrinks. The belly of the thumb is pressed on the grip of the club, and the middle finger, ring finger and little finger hold the club tightly. The back of the left hand is forward and upward, the back of the back of the hand is on the same plane as the forearm surface, and the wrist does not bend to the palm or back. The inside of the left elbow is slightly upward, the right elbow is slightly twisted inward, and the left and right axils are gently clamped. Turn your left shoulder 90 degrees inward, at the chin, and point to the right of the ball. The waist is twisted to the right, the right knee is slightly inward, the left knee is close to the right knee, and the left heel is slightly raised. The weight should be supported by the inner leg of the right foot to complete the peak of the swing.
(4) Swing down: Swing down can simply refer to the movement that the "clockwork" of the body turns to the right due to the upward swing. The starting order of the upper swing is club head, arm, shoulder, waist and knee, while the lower swing is just the opposite, that is, starting from the lower body, driving the waist, shoulder, arm and rod into the lower swing.
