How to cook fried rice noodles
Stir-fried rice noodle ingredients: fine rice flour 1/2kg, a little cabbage, a little carrot, several mushrooms, two pieces of shrimp skin, two pieces of pork, four glasses of water, two tablespoons of soy sauce, pepper 1 tsp, a little sesame oil, and minced garlic1tsp.
The practice of fried rice noodles:
1. Soak the rice noodles first, and shred the Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, pork and carrots for later use.
2. Stir-fry mushrooms and shrimps in an oil pan, add shredded pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot and seasonings (except minced garlic), stir fry together, and add 4 cups of water to continue cooking.
3. Stir-fry the soaked rice noodles in the soup to make the color even. After about ten minutes, stir-fry over low heat until the water is dry.
4. Sprinkle some bean sprouts when eating, and then pour a little marinade and minced garlic.
