Traditional thermal vulcanization drum package

This technology is relatively backward. Due to the low vulcanization pressure and high sulfur content of the traditional thermal vulcanization cots, coupled with the low rubber content of the cots panel, poor rubber wear resistance and short service life, it is easier to age under normal working conditions. After aging, the rubber will harden, resulting in a decline in the adhesion between the conveyor roller and the belt, a decline in cleaning function, backward roller hot gluing technology, complicated operation and inability to carry out on-site construction work. Thermal vulcanization is the first choice for some manufacturers because of its low cost. The adhesive relay encapsulated by thermal vulcanization is the strongest at present. However, due to the low pressure during vulcanization in the process of thermal vulcanization, the wear resistance of the drum wrapped by thermal vulcanization is not very good, and long-distance transportation has also caused certain expenses to manufacturers, so the share of thermal vulcanization packages is getting less and less. The new cold curing drum is coated with rubber.

The application of field cold packaging technology has the advantages of convenient field construction, high bonding strength, fast vulcanization speed and long service life. The rubber plate of roller is made of anticorrosive and wear-resistant rubber plate, which is compact in material, high in rubber content, excellent in wear resistance, tensile strength and tear resistance, and its service life is generally 5-8 times that of the same type of rubber. Natural vulcanization at normal temperature and pressure, the bonding ability of cold vulcanization is 7-8 times that of domestic thermal vulcanization packaging technology.
