Old Sichuan Hotel: Born in the early 1930s, it is one of the only two "China Time-honored Brand" catering enterprises named by the state in our city, and it belongs to the former state-owned enterprise-Chongqing Catering Service Company. "Deng Ying Beef" is one of its specialties.

A restaurant: 194 1 opened. It was originally located in Huaxing Street, Chengdu, and 1948 moved to Zou Rong Road, Chongqing. It mainly serves authentic Sichuan cuisine and now has a restaurant in Chongqing.

King Duck: 1940 opened, formerly known as "Wang Ji Duck". Because it specializes in braised duck and roast duck, it is called "King Duck". After several expansions in the 1950s, there is now a shop on Nanbin Road.

Jianshan Hotel: 1940 opened, located in Beibei, Chongqing, founded by industrialist Lu Zuofu, whose main product is "Jianshan Noodles".

Qiaotou Hot Pot: Originated in Chongqing during Xuantong period, 1986 officially settled in Coral Village, becoming the most upscale hot pot restaurant in Chongqing at that time.
