The practice of roast chicken

1. Wash the chicken and chop it.

2. Slice onion, ginger, millet and green pepper.

3. Peel and wash the potatoes, and cut them into pieces with a hob.

4. Cut the mushroom; Wash celery and cut into sections; Slice the onion.

5. Pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil to 80%, add chicken pieces and fry for about 5 minutes, then remove and drain the oil.
