The enrollment office of each region (city), the enrollment office of Tibet University for Nationalities, the office of XIGO, the high school class (school) of Tibet in the Mainland, and the relevant art enrollment institutions:

In order to further do a good job in the 2021 general institutions of higher education art enrollment professional extra examination in the region (hereinafter referred to as the "art extra examination") work, standardize the art extra examination link and process, ensure that the art extra examination work is fair, just and open. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Application

(1) Application Methods

In conformity with the "Provisions on the Requirements for Application to Ordinary Schools of Higher Education in the Tibet Autonomous Region" (TAR Governmental Affairs Office [2006] No. 13), the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Provisions on the Requirements for Application to Ordinary Schools of Higher Education in the Tibet Autonomous Region" (TAR Department of Education [2006] No. 31), and the "Regulations on the Conditions of Application to Ordinary Schools of Higher Education in the Tibet Autonomous Region", the Supplementary Notice of the Department of Education of the Tibet Autonomous Region on the Provisions on the Conditions for Application for Admission to Ordinary Schools of Higher Learning in the Region (No. 32 of the Department of Education of the Tibet Autonomous Region [2020]), and the candidates who are graduates of the Mainland Tibetan Classes (Schools) in the year of 2021 may apply to take the additional examination for arts in the region. Candidates can only choose one category of art and design, musicology and dance when applying for the exam, and cannot mix across categories.

Candidates must log in to the TAR General College Admission Examination Information Management System (:8082) to register for the additional art examination, and please be sure to note the distinction between the registration channel for candidates in the region and the registration channel for candidates of Tibetan high school classes (schools) in the Mainland. Candidates are required to complete the online registration between November 10 and 20, 2020 .

Candidates are required to check the scanned copies of their second-generation ID cards, household registration books (this and the card), graduation certificates of higher secondary education (certificates of academic qualifications issued by the higher education administrative authorities of the schools they attend) or certificates of equivalent academic qualifications, and academic (personnel) records (hereinafter referred to as the application materials) when they register online.

Application information online confirmation, candidates must be carefully checked item by item to ensure that the information is accurate and submitted for confirmation. If a candidate fills in the information online but does not submit the confirmation, the registration is invalid. The consequences of errors in filling in the information by the candidate shall be my responsibility. After the end of the registration will not accept any candidate information modification application.

(B) Admit card printing

The art of our region to set up the test area of Lhasa and Chamdo test area. Candidates who have successfully registered for the college entrance examination and have selected art subjects can print the admission card in the registration system. Admit card printing time: November 24, 2020 to 29 days.

(3) Candidates who will be enrolled in the undergraduate level art majors outside the region shall go to the registration site between December 19 and December 25, 2020 to get the "2021 TAR Unified Examination for General Admission to Colleges and Universities Registration Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form", which is validly stamped by the registration site) on site. Second, the time and place of the examination

(a) examination time

(B) examination location

Lhasa test area of art and design test point in Lhasa City, the second secondary vocational and technical school; music, dance test point in Tibet University College of Fine Arts (Najin Campus).

The test center for art and design in Chamdo test area is located in Chamdo No. 4 Higher Secondary School; the test center for music and dance is located in Chamdo No. 5 Higher Secondary School.

Candidates must take the test with the pass, the second generation ID card.

From 2022 onwards, only Lhasa test area will be set up in our region.

Third, the examination content and score

(a) art and design: candidates to prepare their own 2B, 3B drawing pencils, erasers, art knife, palette box, watercolor pencils (5, should be different sizes), gouache paint (12 or 24 colors, white paint can be more than one), pegs or stickers and a small plastic pots and other examination tools; do not need to bring their own Easels are provided by the test center.

(2) Musicology: candidates should prepare their own music (CD-ROM), musical instruments (in addition to the piano), signing pens and other test equipment according to the subject of the examination.

(C) Dance: candidates must wear thin dance practice clothes and pants and dance practice shoes, retest stage can wear modern dance shoes.

(d) Musicology, dance candidates must carefully check the syllabus, do not meet the application requirements, will not be interviewed.

Fourth, volunteer and admission

(a) art professional enrollment institutions are divided into independent undergraduate art colleges and universities and provincial enrollment plan art colleges. V. The management of the institutions in Tibet that conduct the additional examination for art majors

(a) The institutions that enroll in art majors outside the region must submit an application to the Tibet Autonomous Region Education and Examination Institute (see Annex 3 for the application form) before December 25, 2020 and accept its guidance and supervision, and collect the costs of the additional examination for art majors in strict accordance with the relevant standards of the Autonomous Region.

(2) The art professional enrollment institutions outside the region must agree with the TAR Education and Examination Institute on specific matters related to the venue of the additional examination and the arrangement of the examination. Must be published to the community art professional enrollment brief, brief content must include the type of school, professional examination subjects and requirements, school professional examination time and location, annual enrollment range, admission rules, tuition standards and other detailed description.

(C) our region's universities Tibet University and Tibet University for Nationalities set art class professional additional school examination. Tibet University 2021 art school examination major for painting; Tibet University for Nationalities 2021 art school examination major for broadcasting and hosting art. The relevant matters are subject to the enrollment briefings of the institutions.

VI. Announcement of Results, Review and Issuance of Certificates

(a) The results of the additional art examination of the Tibet Autonomous Region Education Examination Institute will be opened on the website of the candidates in the middle and end of January 2021 to inquire about the results of the candidates (query URL). After the announcement of the results, if the candidates have objections to the results, within 7 working days from the announcement of the results by the candidates themselves to the enrollment office of the application point to put forward a written application (Annex 4), after which the application will not be accepted. After accepting the application of the candidate, the enrollment office shall carefully check the registration information of the candidate, and after confirming that it is correct, submit it to the Education Examination Authority of the Tibet Autonomous Region. In accordance with the national requirements and the application of the candidates, the TAR Educational Examinations and Research Institute will re-examine the results of the candidates and issue a certificate of review of the results (Annex 5).

(2) The certificate of passing the art plus test of the unified examination will be printed by the TAR Educational Examination Institute. If necessary, the candidates can collect them with their art plus examination passes and their original ID cards.

VII, irregularities and disciplinary treatment

The unified examination of art in our region is a part of the national education examination, the examination area should further strengthen and standardize the management of the examination room, closely organize the examination, and strengthen the selection and training of the examination staff and invigilator teachers, and serious examination style and discipline. Strengthen the management of registration, examination, marking and scoring, and strictly investigate all kinds of disciplinary and fraudulent behaviors. The high school schools should educate the candidates to comply with the registration and examination discipline, integrity of the examination, fair competition.
