What are the six teas?

Know six kinds of tea.

According to the different production techniques, Chinese traditional tea can be roughly divided into six categories: green tea, white tea, yellow tea, black tea, oolong tea and black tea.

According to China's national standard for tea classification (GB/T 30766-20 14) issued in 20/4, there is a seventh category of tea, and a reprocessed tea is added to the usual six-day tea. Processed teas such as scented tea, pressed tea, teabag and tea powder are all derived from the traditional six teas.

Different levels of tea fermentation

Green tea: 0%. White tea: 10% ~ 20%. Yellow tea: 20% ~ 30%. Oolong tea 30% ~ 80%. Black tea: 80% ~ 100%.

Stir-fried vegetables: Biluochun, West Lake Longjing and pine leaves.

Roasted greens: Huangshan Mao Feng, Taiping Monkey Kui.

Tanning: Sichuan green, Yunnan green, Shaanxi green.

Steamed green: fried tea with high medicinal value.

white tea

Bud leaf: white silver needle

Leaf tea: Bai Mudan, Shoumei and Gongmei.

Yellow tea

Yellow bud leaf: Junshan silver needle, covered with yellow bud.

Huangxiaocha: Maojian in Beigang, Maojian in Weishan

Huang Dacha: Uncle Huang of Huoshan and Folium Isatidis of Guangdong.

Green tea (oolong tea)

Oolong tea in northern Fujian: Wuyi rock tea, cinnamon and narcissus

Minnan Oolong Tea: Tieguanyin, Huang Jingui and Lan Qi.

Southern Fujian Oolong: Phoenix single fir, Lingtou single fir

Oolong in Taiwan Province Province: Frozen Top Oolong and Green Heart Oolong.

black tea

Competition black tea: competition mountain, competition tobacco.

Kung Fu Black Tea: Qimen Black Tea, Dianhong Kung Fu

Red broken tea: leaf tea, broken tea and slice tea.

Dark tea

Hubei black tea: blue brick tea, old green tea

Hunan black tea: Anhua black tea, black tea.

Sichuan black tea: blue brick tea, old green tea

Yunnan black tea: Pu 'er tea

Guangxi Black Tea: Liubao Tea
