What time is 6:30
The hour is the traditional Chinese unit of time, the day and night is divided into twelve segments, each segment is called an hour, now two hours. Each of the twelve hours is named after a branch of the earth, and is counted from midnight.
Ancient working people initially described time with reference to obvious celestial phenomena, animal biological clocks, and daily routines, such as the rooster's crowing, the first day of the week, the morning eclipse, the middle of the day, and the human fixation.
The twelve-hour system was already in use during the Western Zhou Dynasty, using the twelve earthly branches to represent the twelve hours of the night, with twenty-three to one o'clock in the middle of the night as the Zi hour, one to three o'clock as the Ushi hour, and three to five o'clock as the Cin hour, and so on in order of progression.
