Commercialization of ppt background-I have a company logo and want to set it as the background of PPT. What should I do?

PPT spread-a mysterious helper for accurate alignment of reference lines. In order to make the course closer to the actual scene of the enterprise, I will collect the PPT template, actual cases and common problems encountered in the use of the enterprise before class.

Recently, when training and collecting cases, I found many PPT templates of enterprises. Because in practical application, a page needs to display a lot of content: tables, charts, graphics, text. In order to make the page display as much content as possible, the whole PPT template design has no margins, and it is full of content from top to bottom and from left to right. For example, in the PPT template shown below, the text of the title and body is close to the left margin of the page, which makes the page look very crowded.

If we read those beautifully designed PPT pages, you will find that these excellent designs are not only beautifully colored, but also well typeset.

More importantly, they seem to have some invisible lines that constrain the page, so that when we flip the page up and down, we can see that the margins of different pages are precisely aligned.

These invisible lines actually exist, which is the mysterious helper of PPT cross-page accurate alignment-reference line.

0 1 indicates the reference line.

By default, reference lines are not displayed. We can use the shortcut key _LT+_9 or select "Reference Line" in the view tab to display the reference line.

The default reference is two gray reference lines staggered horizontally and vertically in the center of the page, one is a horizontal reference line and the other is a vertical reference line. This gray guide line is a page-level guide line. You can move the mouse to the guides at any time and drag the mouse to move the positions of these guides. In this case, it will bring a problem, that is, in the process of editing, we often need to move the position of the object. If we are not careful, it will move to the reference line, which will bring inconvenience to editing.

If you want to make full use of reference lines to achieve cross-page alignment and don't want the position of reference lines to move around, you can drag these gray page-level reference lines out of the page and delete them.

Then enter the slide master, click the right mouse button in the master view, select grid and reference line in the pop-up shortcut menu, and click Add Vertical Reference Line and Add Horizontal Reference Line.

You can add a master-level guide line, and the color of the master-level guide line is red.

These red reference lines, after we close the main view and return to the normal view, we can't move the position of these reference lines, so there will be no problem of accidentally moving to the reference lines.

02 guidelines for reserving margins

When editing text in Word, there will be fixed margins, so we can't enter text beyond the margins. In PPT, because there is no fixed margin, the problem we mentioned before often appears, that is, the pages are densely arranged, and all pages are content.

In order to avoid this problem and leave a breathable space for the page, we can use reference lines to reserve margins for the page. How much margin should be reserved? Add your own reference lines with upper, lower, left and right margins. I don't know how many blank areas to reserve, and it is more troublesome to add moving positions one by one.

Recommend a very powerful PPT plug-in-iSlide, and use the "smart reference line" function in this plug-in to easily solve the problems just mentioned.

When Smart Reference Line is turned on, you can select an appropriate reference line from the drop-down list of preset reference lines as required, generally, you can choose Normal, and if you usually handle more PPT pages, you can choose Narrow, and vice versa. Of course, if you are not satisfied with the preset reference line, you can fine-tune it at the bottom.

Before applying, check the "Common Guide" box at the bottom, and there will be no gray page-level guide.

After that, we can adjust the position and size of the placeholder in the master according to the auxiliary lines.

After that, close the slide master and return to normal view so that we can align with the reference. When we move an object near the reference line, there will be an automatic adsorption function. When we typeset the objects, all the objects except the background picture are placed in the central area within the baseline, and do not exceed the baseline.

03_ Pull the cloud for comfort.

In addition to helping us to reserve margins, guides can also be used to achieve accurate alignment across pages. For example, in the web page shown below, we can see that there are four visible light gray lines in the middle of the page, which helps to achieve accurate alignment when crossing pages.

If there are no visible lines in the page, you can also add multiple intermediate guides to achieve accurate alignment when crossing pages.

Guides are not displayed during slide show, and master guides are only available in PowerPoint20 13 and above.

How to design a layered PPT page? How to design a layered PPT page?

PPT is very powerful and widely used.

A complete PPT file generally includes: title, animation, PPT cover, preface, table of contents, transition page, chart page, picture page, text page, back cover, ending animation, etc.

Design a complete layered PPT, mainly in two aspects: content and layout:

First, let the content of PPT be hierarchical.

1. Overview

Designing PPT is like writing an article. No matter what kind of PPT you do, it is actually based on a content theme. If you can outline this content in advance, your thoughts will not be confused and the whole content will be adjusted clearly.

2. Digitization

Be more intuitive and convincing for the various contents of your own PPT, and don't have empty data. Each data is illustrated with charts or bar charts to illustrate its changes and analysis methods. It can be analyzed by time, region and category.

Step 3 compare

According to your own content, compare the data of the same industry or previous years to make your content more prominent. Your own positioning is more accurate.

Second, the layout design increases the level of PPT.

1. The background is unified, and the background can't be too fancy, which is easy to usurp the role of the host. You can't change the background often, but you can change it slightly when the main color is unified.

2. The elements are unified, and the decoration patterns in PPT should be of the same type, so as to ensure the unity of style.

3. Animation effects are applied harmoniously, and pages with too many special effects are not easy to switch. Just unify two or three kinds. It's not easy to have too many animations on the page, just one or two, which will make the finishing touch.

4. Choosing the right template is also the most important part. A good template can get twice the result with half the effort. Here are some commonly used templates.

The picture below is a hand-drawn ppt. Accustomed to the coolness of being tall, it will be refreshing to use a hand-painted pattern as PPT occasionally. Suitable for graduation thesis and resume.

The picture below shows the PPT of Chinese style. China's traditional culture is extensive and profound. Using the traditional elements of China, we can create a different charm, with more connotation and precipitation. Suitable for PPT such as company introduction and product introduction.

The picture below is a classic blue business style PPT, with modern office and commercial buildings as the background, revealing a strong business atmosphere, which is very suitable for PPT such as investment promotion and project display.

The picture below shows the PPT design with the theme of animals. The theme of small animals is interesting, especially suitable for PPT introduction in kindergartens and playgrounds, children's day activities and so on.

How to design a layered PPT page? Generally speaking, the content is the soul of PPT, and the layout is the clothes of PPT. They complement each other and are equally important. The perfect combination is a hierarchical excellent PPT.
