High pressure pump is the key equipment in the application of reverse osmosis seawater desalination technology. The existing high-pressure pump is basically a mechanical structure. Commonly used pump types are single-stage high-speed centrifugal pump, plunger pump and multi-stage centrifugal pump. Generally, single-stage centrifugal pump has the lowest efficiency and piston pump has the highest efficiency, and multi-stage centrifugal pump is often used in large-scale systems. In China, there is no professional seawater desalination high-pressure pump manufacturer. The main reason is that in order to make the high-pressure pump achieve high efficiency, it is necessary to make some important parts achieve high processing accuracy, which requires very professional and expensive processing equipment and high processing costs. Therefore, the price of imported high-pressure pump is very high. Compared with mechanical high-pressure pump and piston pump, the working efficiency of hydraulic automatic reciprocating cylinder high-pressure pump is greatly improved, and high power is easy to realize.
