After combing and classifying, it is mainly reflected in the outstanding problems such as irregular study, insufficient professional training, slow pace of team building, lack of solid work style and lack of regularity in grassroots guidance. In view of these problems, the leading group of our Committee deeply analyzed the reasons and made clear the direction of future work and improvement measures.

I. Main problems

(A) consciously study and apply theory to guide practice
