Solar cell module: crystalline silicon solar cell module with conversion efficiency greater than 17%, made of high-quality low-iron tempered white glass. Among them, the panel glass used in Yuxiang solar cell module has a light transmittance of over 90%.

Low iron and ultra-white means that the iron content of this glass is lower than that of ordinary glass, thus increasing the light transmittance of the glass. At the same time, from the edge of the glass, this kind of glass is whiter than ordinary glass and greener from the edge.

Suede refers to the fact that in order to reduce the reflection of solar light, this kind of glass is treated by physical and chemical methods to reduce the reflection and make the glass surface fluffy, thus increasing the incidence of light. Coating a film containing nano-materials on the glass surface can not only increase the light transmittance and reduce the light reflection, but also have the function of self-cleaning, which can reduce the pollution of rain and dust on the surface of solar panels, keep them clean and reduce the light attenuation.

Tempering treatment is to increase the strength of glass, resist the impact of sand and hail, and play a long-term role in protecting solar cells. After toughened panel glass, the strength of glass can be 3~4 times higher than that of ordinary glass.

The packaging material is UV-resistant EVA transparent resin, and the back packaging material is TPT high waterproof resin film. The whole assembly is fixed in the high-quality aluminum alloy frame after anodic oxidation. High structural strength, high working efficiency, good low light effect and weather resistance, no worries even when working for a long time under harsh environmental conditions, and the effective service time is more than 25 years.

Battery: The solar energy special 12V valve-regulated lead-acid battery is completely maintenance-free, with small internal resistance, large capacity and high charge-discharge performance, and can be used safely in the working environment of -40℃ to 55℃;

System controller: optional light control/time control multi-function controller, with many patents. The control time can be set at will, and it has many protection functions such as anti-reverse connection, anti-charging, over-charging, over-discharging, short circuit, lightning protection, temperature compensation and so on.
